Mystic Drawbridge General Store is the newest chapter of the second-generation family owned, and operated business behind the home-made ice cream you’ve come to know and love in downtown Mystic.

Here you’ll find our small-batch ice cream made fresh, on-site, with a behind the scenes sneak peek of how your favorite drawbridge desserts are made!

We will also be serving homemade pastries and baked goods, baked fresh daily by the newest MDIC addition, Carla Gennuso, a specialty coffee menu, and thoughtfully curated local goods from the farmers, makers, and small businesses that help make our community so special.

Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, an afternoon treat, or a unique, local find, we are so happy to welcome you!

Located in the heart of Old Mystic, this building has been a longstanding staple to Old Mystic for over 200 years, and has served the community as a general store for much of that time! We are so excited to bring life back to this building and honor its history!
